Placing Your Order

Manna Express orders are taken Monday through Thursday (does not apply to summer schedule) – no orders are shipped on Fridays. Orders can be placed from 8:30 to 1:00 p.m. by phone or fax. Orders received after 1:00 will be shipped the next business day.

Fee Schedule

A nominal shipping fee is applied as follows:

$1.00 to $4,999 $10.00 overnight ship

$5,000 to $7,499 $ 5.00 overnight ship

$7,500 and over Free overnight ship

Orders are shipped Fed-Ex standard overnight by 3:00 p.m. - If priority shipment is needed and additional fee would apply

Once your order has been signed for, Manna Express is not responsible for lost or stolen certificates.

Payment

We will be using Automatic Direct Payment (ACH Debit) to receive payment for Manna Express orders. If direct payment is not available – payment by check must be received before an order is released. An ACH debit form must be filled out and returned to us to authorize debit from your account. Once we have received the form it takes approximately 2 weeks to have your account approved. Your account will not be debited until the day your order is received.
