How to Begin …
A committee is needed to organize the program. This committee is responsible for promoting,
order taking process, distribution of orders, pick-up locations and delegation of
volunteer duties. The size of your
committee would depend on the volume of sales your organization is
generating. It is highly recommended
that a few volunteers be involved and share the responsibilities listed below:
Prepaid Orders

Distribute order forms for sales to participating
families

Set up day/time for the orders to be returned

Tabulate all orders and make sure payment is
correct and payment is
Included (Checks are make payable direct to
your organization for the total
amount
ordered)

Call in order to Manna Express with total dollars
amount needed for each
Vendor – we will advise you at
this time your discounted amount due

Deposit checks into your organization’s bank
account so funds are available

Orders are shipped Monday through Thursdays only –

thoroughly before distributing – our

Inventory Orders
Another way of offering Manna Express to your
organization is to carry an inventory to offer throughout the week for sale on
a cash and carry basis. You can order
according to what you feel sell the best for your location and needs. ACH payment is required.
Tuition
Reimbursement
An incentive for involvement in the Manna Express
program is to offer your participating families a
tuition reimbursement. Many
organizations offer half or all of the discounts offered to be deducted from
your monthly tuition or fees. There are
computer programs available to keep records and deductions for this type of
program. Manna Express does not promote
either program but would be happy to supply you with the phone numbers if you
would be interested in purchasing a program.
