BACKORDERS

On occasion your order placed may have an item backordered. Backorders may occur because they are not available from our supplier or our inventory was depleted. We will bring your backorder to you with your next order placed. If the item is backordered, it will be shown as B/O on your invoice from us. If we know in advance the certificates are not going to be available we will tell you when placing your order.

SPECIAL ORDERS

We are able to order special denominations that we do not carry for some vendors. If you would like to order please allow 1-3 weeks delivery time. The special orders should be paid for the week it is delivered

ADD - ON ORDERS

We are unable to accept add-ons to orders already placed. Once your order has been called in and additional inventory is needed at a later time it will be considered a new order with our mininum fee applied.

EXPIRATION DATES AND DORMANCY FEES

Please take time to review the gift certificates and gift cards purchased through The Manna Group. Some cards will have expiration date written on them. We cannot accept these cards for return after this date. Also, companies are now applying a Dormancy Fee as opposed to an expiration date on their gift cards. This dormancy fee will deduct a set dollar amount from the card balance each month (i.e. $1.50 or more) after a certain amount of months of non-use. This amount will be deducted each month until balance is zero. When the card is once again used, the time period for dormancy will be restarted. The dormancy fees do not take affect until at least 12 months or more after The Manna Group have purchased them. In some cases the fee may be retroactive to the original activation date. Our inventory is sold immediately after purchase. Please take the time to notify your families of these expiration and dormancy fees. See Vendor Guidelines in list at Left for different fees that apply. 

GIFT CERTIFICATE AND GIFT CARD RETURN POLICY

We will accept returns if: 

                    Approved by Office (credit or replacement)
                    They were issued by Manna Group
                    They are not signed or damaged
                    They are not expired
                    They are returned 3 months prior to their expiration date
                    No credit will be given on the Manna Fee when returning certs

Please make sure certificates are properly marked with your Organizations name and amount returned.

We will not accept returns if: 

Special Orders
Expired Certificates/gift cards
Gift cards with partial balances
Any certificate returned without approval
****Always check the 800 number of the back of all gift cards (except Kmart) before returning to the office. All gift cards offer an 800 number that can give you the complete history of the card and solve the reason why the card may not be valid.
